A step-by-step look at how our online studio works. Learn how you can collaborate with our design team without ever leaving your desk. Regardless of where you’re located!
Step 1 – Decide if we have ‘what it takes’
You can view our examples, read our logo design tips and browse our website to see if we have ‘what it takes’ to design your new logo. Once you’ve decided to hire us, select the type of logo that is appropriate for your company, product or service. Our designers and support staff can offer suggestions based on your particular requirements.
Step 2 – Submit your new project online
Submit your new project details via our online order forms, designed to gather the information our designers will need when it comes to your new corporate identity. Select the package that’s appropriate for your project, your budget and your required time frame. We offer ‘flat rate’ pricing on logo design (and all our design services), so there’s no surprises. Using your client brief, our designers will create a series of preliminary designs and if they have any questions, or you have any suggestions, you can communicate directly with the designer tasked with your project.
Step 3 – Work with our designers on the Factory Floor
Login to our Factory Floor, the private client area of our website, to view your preliminary designs. On the Floor you’ll be able to work with your designer to revise, edit and work through our design process. Our designers are available via telephone, e-mail and fax so communication, a major factor in any successful project, is never an issue. Step 4 – Finalize and download your files
Once you’ve finalized your design, our designers will set up all the file formats you’ll need for web, print and electronic reproduction. You can then download your logo assets from your private Factory Floor page. You can start using your new logo right away! If your package includes it, your designer will begin the development of your letterhead, business card and envelope. Using the same revision cycle procedure, you’ll collaborate on a great set of professional looking stationery. We’ll prepare all your files on a custom CD, package it up with copyright transfer documents and ship them out.
